About Our Church
St. George Catholic Church was started in 1941; the current structure was built in 1956 under the auspices of Bishop Thomas Gorman of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas-Fort Worth. Monsignor D.A. Hartnett served as the Parish’s first pastor.
